Chocolate Barks
Serves 3-4
Prep time| Dependant on toppings – these three took a while as I dried the fruit in the oven the night before which took about 30 minutes to an hour – however the salted nut only required opening the packet of nuts, so no time at all!
Cool time|up to an hour.
With all of these you could temper the chocolate to get a glossy finish, however I find untempered fine – personal preference, depending on time.

Ingredients
1 bar of good quality chocolate per flavour – use dark 70% for most vegan bars, however check ingredients and labels to be reassured. I used Green & Blacks, yummy!
Any toppings you like, such as dry fruit, nuts, coconut, salt, pepper herbs and spices.

Chocolate Orange & Rosemary |
The night before/ morning of cut and dehydrated orange slices in the oven. Slice very finely, sprinkle with rosemary and place straight onto oven racks, bake on 150 for 30 minutes, open oven door and allow fruit to cool while the oven is cooling. Remove and use as required. Leave the skin on the fruit as this helps keep the shape. It also tastes great!

Break up the chocolate bar into a bowl and microwave for 2-3 minutes checking and stirring every 30 seconds or so – do not leave it – it will burn.

Poor warm, melted chocolate onto greaseproof paper or a silicon mat and spread evenly and not too thinly, Top with the orange segments and rosemary flowers, cool and enjoy!
